Account Activation

To activate your account, enter your email address below. Your email address must match the one you provided on your Registration Form. If you did not provide an email address, or you do not know which email address you provided, or you know the email address you provided is no longer valid, you will need to provide a valid email address in person or via phone before you can activate your account.

You will receive an email with your account username and password at the email address you provide below. This should only take a few minutes, but it could take as long as 48 hours. You may log in once you receive this email. The account activation email may be considered spam by your email provider. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it.
